About the job
As Digital Marketing Manager, we're looking for someone who can join us as we skyrocket the agency's growth on our mission to £1million in turnover in the next 3 years.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports, entertainment, and above all lives and breathes digital marketing and can work alongside the founder to steer and develop our clients' marketing strategies.
You'll also need to be a leader and excellent delegator who can work in a team environment to help train executives and juniors along the journey.

Key responsibilities include
Lead and enhance the digital marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (paid social, display, search, social, video) for a portfolio of our golf club clients
Improve on and enhance existing methodologies and internal and external tools required to deliver efficient and profitable PPC, Paid Social and Display campaigns
Management client budgets and hit KPIs to grow accounts and increase ROIs from client campaigns
Optimise different KPIs depending on client objectives and consistently deliver strong results through testing and ongoing optimisation
Work with the account management team to generate insightful campaign reports with optimisation recommendations while campaigns are live
Delegate and help manage and nurture the personal development of the marketing team
Work with clients to identify new potential growth and upsell opportunities across their accounts
Supporting the sales team with contribution to pitch decks and in client pitches
Helping to identify new commercial opportunities within the business through a deep understanding of digital marketing trends
About you
Your Core Skills
Can build and structure ROI positive digital marketing campaigns from brief
Proven success working with Facebook Ads and Google Ad platforms
Excellent data, analytic and problem-solving skills using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other Analytics tools
Thorough understanding of video and content marketing strategies
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
The ability to manage multiple client campaigns at once and delegate tasks according to junior members of staff
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
Your Essential Skills
Proven experience in all areas of the core skills and the ability to explain efficiently
At least 3 years experience in digital marketing
A proven interest or passion for sports or modern trends which shape today's cultures
You should be able to show a love for all things digital and marketing and an excitement over your work
Strive to be and achieve the best you possibly can in your career
Joint Accountabilities and Terms
The job role is full time and salary range dependent on experience.
We are looking for staff who have ambitions to grow with the business and will be rewarded handsomely for their skills and experience.
