    Minimum Requirements

    A relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma or or equivalent qualification); with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. A valid code 8 drivers licence. RecommendationNone Key Performance AreasAssist with the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the Monitoring and Evaluation System; Assist with the alignment of departmental policies, strategic planning and budget processes; Provide administrative support with Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting processes; Assist with the development of operational reviews and review of sub-directorate operations; To ensure horizontal and vertical alignment with programme office and other relevant Provincial and National Departments; Provide high level administrative support. Competencies

    Knowledge and understanding in the following : Monitoring and Evaluation practices. Modern systems of governance and administration. Latest advances in public management theory and practice. Policies of the government of the day; global, regional and local political, economic and social affairs impacting on the provincial government of the Western Cape. Constitutional, legal and institutional arrangements governing the South Africa public sector. Policy development. Government planning processes and cycles. Departmental operations. Inter-governmental and international relations.

    Remuneration

    R per annum (Salary level 8) Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc.) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
