Position/Title:
Logistics Coordinator

Reports Too:
Logistics Supervisor

Function Logistics

Area South Africa

Number of Reports 0

Overall Responsibility:

Review and create order shipments, credit note recons, assist with general logistic queries.

Focus Area 1:
Order Shipments
Verify correct warehouse selection
Correct Batch selection
On time in full shipments
Load Plan communications
Communicate short shipment

Focus Area 2:
Credit Notes
Credit note releases, adjustments and verifications
Collaborate with SHP debtors & LR teams to ensure correct credit passed
Implement data quality checks and maintain data integrity within logistics systems

Focus Area 3:
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams (i.e., telesales, planning etc.) to ensure accurate and on-time in full order fulfilment
Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on shipments, delays, or any other logistics-related matters i.e., returns etc.

Requirements of the Role
Matriculation and Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management
Ability to work extended hours

Preferred Skills/Competencies
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
