Internal Sales Assistant:
Applicant is required to work with sales reps and arrange operations for clients. Pastel Quoting Invoicing & Reports. Imports and exports.

Applicant must be able to work in a high pressured environment.

• Quoting and Invoicing linking proforma invoices on Pastel to the tax invoice.
• Managing deliveries
• Booking transport trucks
• Labeling of goods being collected by courier or external transport
• Processing of credit notes
• Month end compiling of final figures for all branches
• Imports/exports liaising with our clearing agent
• Imports getting quotes for stock needed & placing of orders
• Exports varies based on the clients transport arrangements
• Handling of cash for walk in customers
• Processing of card payments

Salary:
R15, R17,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

• Sales (preferred)
• 5 years (preferred)
