Experience in running a clean workshop with leading a few technicians and understand the transport industry.

  • Strong communication skills verbal and writing.
  • Customer solution focused.
  • Strong leadership skills, a well organised individual that can work independently and be proud of the work environment.
  • Problem solver, solution provider with the ability to make decisions and understand cost and income.
  • Hands on individual with a good technical background
- knowledge in the auto electrical, refrigeration and mechanical field will be an advantage
- however not a must - he will be a working technician - team leader (planning and managing technical team)

  • Attention to detail working on vehicles of customers (truck and trailers) thus being able to audit other technicians a find small things ie. Bolt missing etc.
  • Own transport.
  • Be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
