    Required Qualifications and Working Knowledge:

    • Grade 12 Certificate.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • N3/Sales Diploma preferred.
    • At least 2 years of sales experience in the electronic security industry.
    • Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales knowledge with a focus on distribution.
    • Experience with CRM systems or an Excel-based equivalent process.
    • Dealer Base Management experience and understanding of the sales process are non-negotiable.
    • Able to research and profile new potential prospects, onboard them to expand the dealer base.
    • Ability to set up meetings with decision-makers and drive value to grow the business.
