The Employer:

is the financial services division of a leading automotive group in the South African market, providing asset finance and various VAP/aftermarket motor vehicle products.

Location:
Edenvale Gauteng

Salary:
R R25 000 basic pm

The Auditor contributes to the Organizations goal by assisting the various businesses within the company and to validate claims and perform audits in the extended dealer network.

Education requirements:

Matric / NQF level
Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Mechanical knowledge/experience (advantageous)

Required Experience:

Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially intermediate to advance Excel skills (compulsory)
2 Years' experience in After Sales division within the dealer network
General knowledge of the Motor Industry
Deadline driven
Team player that is reliable
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is key
Time Management
Being able to adapt to change
Selfdisciplined and be able to work on their own
Good negotiation skills and being able to manage conflict with external parties
When necessary, must be able to coach/train employees in the dealer network

Duties and responsibilities:

Conduct Service and Maintenance audits at the various dealerships according to the agreed upon audit methodology and audit plan
Assist with validating claims across the product range within the company
Report on any irregularities found while performing audits
Assist the team by phoning customers when certain audit functions are performed by the team
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to. While validating claims, identify breakdown of controls
Should be able to work on different systems used by the various businesses within the company
Assist the Specialized Services team with Ad-Hoc duties, such as capturing etc. when required
Own and live up to the values of the Company

Salary:
R20, R25,000.00 per month
