Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions.

The Corporate M&A Advisor will be expected to provide comprehensive analysis of financial and operational data, and to develop and present recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or a related field.

The candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
