    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and customer acquisition within the freight sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and excellent communication skills.

    1. Identify and target potential clients in the freight industry
    2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
    3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
    4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
    5. Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets
    6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
    7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

    Key Responsibilities

    The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

    • Prospecting and acquiring new clients
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
    • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales within the freight industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivation and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
    • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
