    Description

    Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sanding & minor repairs on furniture;
    • Minor painting work;
    • General maintenance work as required.
    • Check all common areas and outside areas for malfunction/brokerage and report to the Maintenance Manager
    • Daily room inspections before guest arrivals
    • Perform maintenance fixes such as repairing broken locks, paint work, plumbing, woodwork

    Requirements:

    • Preferably 1-year previous maintenance experience;
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Fluent in spoken English;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Flexibility;
    • Must be a well-presented and enthusiastic personality;
    • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
