Description

The job of the Group Internal Auditor is to assess and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group's financial and internal controls, risk management and governance.

The role involves supporting the periodic assessments of internal audit work, reporting on the overall effectiveness of the governance, risk and internal control framework, and complying with regulatory and corporate governance expectations.

The job also involves developing and maintaining relationships with business and key stakeholders, contributing to the development of a 12-month rolling audit plan, and providing visionary and inspirational leadership.

The minimum experience required is 6-8 years of financial services experience in a senior position with specific RBB banking experience, inclusive of client-facing experience.

Technical/professional knowledge required includes accounting standards, banking knowledge, budgeting, risk management process and frameworks, and relevant regulatory knowledge. Behavioural competencies required include building partnerships, earning trust, coaching, communication, influencing, and driving for results
