High end Hotel in Bantry Bay is looking for a Bartender.

The following are the requirements for the position:

  • Previous experience working in a 5-star establishment or similar environment would be beneficial
  • Experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant / Hotel ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards
  • Good wine and beverage knowledge
  • Must be able to carry out beverage stock take
  • Knowledge of beverage service and cocktail making essential
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Well groomed, friendly and presentable
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be hard working, motivating and dedicated
  • Must have a positive nature and the right attitude
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be prepared to work shifts
  • Own transport advisable
