We seek to hire a seasoned construction site foreman with a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential construction.

• Organising tasks based on priorities and plans
• Assigning daily and general responsibilities
• Supervising and training workers and tradespeople
• Ensuring adequate manpower and resources
• Enforcing safety measures and quality standards
• Overseeing the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitoring expenses to stay within budget
• Addressing issues as they arise
• Providing progress reports to management and professional teams

• Thorough understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
• Ability to interpret drawings and plans
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Problemsolving capabilities
• Good physical fitness and endurance
• Clean criminal record
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to collaborate with our team to foster a longterm career in our environment.
