    Key Requirements:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Data entry and capturing
    • Invoicing, scanning PODs, and sending them to customers.
    • Liaising, tracking, and communicating with customers
    • Tying up PODs to invoices and closing off shipping files
    • Processing orders and managing inventory
    • Uploading Invoices, Claims, and Weekly Statements
    • Adding new customers to the system
    • Preparing export documentation, such as letters of confirmation, export waybills, and marine insurance certificates,
    • Filing, emailing, faxing, photocopying, and other duties related to sales and logistics
