About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Chargehand to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be result-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with logistical planning and manage order processing.
• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and achieve high targets.
• Achieve warehouse targets while ensuring smooth shift work responsibilities.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4).
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• 5 years of extensive operational experience in a warehouse or distribution facility.
• Valid RSA driver's license with personal transportation.
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English languages.
