Our client, one of Africa's largest Technology Services companies is seeking an experienced FP & A Analyst to join their team.

Reporting to the Executive of Financial Planning and Analytics, this role will be responsible for collaborating on all FP&A functions for the Group, including financial, liquidity, sales, and credit reporting.

You will work closely with the business intelligence developer to drive improvements in FP & A processes and provide insights to support informed strategic decisions to grow the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing budgets/forecasts in collaboration with the strategy team
Collate and analyse monthly financial reports for underlying businesses and Executive Committee members
Assess variances in actuals vs forecast/budget/prior year and investigate reasoning through data analysis and collaboration with the business
Own reporting/develop reports for other functional areas of the business, including liquidity and cash flow reporting, and working capital management
Continuously assess reporting for areas of improvement and lead projects to implement improvements identified
Work with the business intelligence developer to move to the next level of business insights, embracing predictive analytic, machine learning, and AI.

Qualifications:

CA (SA)/CIMA essential with
2 or more years postarticle experience
Previous FP & A experience
