On the hunt for a bubbly, guest oriented Lodge Anchor who likes to be busy and get involved in all aspects of a thriving lodge.

A team player with a hands on approach who wants to be the example

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience as a FOH/Anchor within a 4/5 STAR BIG 5 environment (Essential)
Hospitality related education (Beneficial)
Computer Literate
RESRequest experience will be beneficial
Excellent Office and admin abilities
Good understanding or Reservations and Front Office
Excellent understanding of all departments in a high end lodge especially housekeeping and F&B
Experience with stock take and control
Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills
Enthusiastic and friendly
Organised and Detail oriented
Flexible and willing to help and learn in all areas of the business
Responsible, with sober habits
Professional and well groomed

Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:

Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Be a team player with staff, able to motivate and strengthen the team from within
Be on point for check in and check outs
Make sure it goes smoothly.
Good planning and organizational skills
Selfmotivated and disciplined work ethics
Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
