Duties

  • New Business Development via cold calling to generate new clients
  • Ensuring individual targets are exceeded and met consistently
  • Ensuring well maintained CRM information onto internal portal
  • Ability to deal with various clients and projects with tight deadlines
  • New business development and lead generation with all sector of clients
  • Resourcing
- via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media

  • Arranging interviews
  • Building strategic client relationships
  • Able to prepare presentations on PowerPoint and present to clients
  • Must be well networked to develop and grow business
  • Able to debrief client requirements and deliver upon expectation
  • Strong business development background essential
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Negotiation skills

Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • HR Degree / Diploma or similar
  • Must have strong spelling & grammar, and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
