Duties
- New Business Development via cold calling to generate new clients
- Ensuring individual targets are exceeded and met consistently
- Ensuring well maintained CRM information onto internal portal
- Ability to deal with various clients and projects with tight deadlines
- New business development and lead generation with all sector of clients
- Resourcing
- Arranging interviews
- Building strategic client relationships
- Able to prepare presentations on PowerPoint and present to clients
- Must be well networked to develop and grow business
- Able to debrief client requirements and deliver upon expectation
- Strong business development background essential
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Customer service experience
- Negotiation skills

Requirements:
- Grade 1
- HR Degree / Diploma or similar
- Must have strong spelling & grammar, and strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
