General Description of Position:
The position requires a seasoned professional with regards to filling vacancies within the company
for various designations and the management of the relevant teams involved.
Skills:
Strong coordination and planning skills.
Communication and interaction with various stake holders.
Attention to detail and stringent record keeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising the subdivisions and managing their performance including their performance reviews and discipline.
Sourcing and training of new staff.
Briefing and training of staff with regards to the new clients and their requirements as well as the implementation of said requirements.
Research, design and implement new sourcing methods.
Research and presentation of advertising options for consideration and implementation.
Managing and coordinating of day-to-day process including schedules and deadlines.
Coordinate with department managers to manage client's needs and future demands.
Generating and formulation of strategies and planning for the division.
Stay up to date on legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Managing the administrative aspects involved in the department as well as quality control.
Main liaison for the Vacancies division.
Supervising employee retention and implementation.
Reporting and control of spending in terms of vetting.
Liaising with stakeholders in terms of client training required and the scheduling of said training.
Active engagement with stakeholders in terms of vacancies, timelines, requirements, and placements. This information should be communicated and implemented.
Review and adjust recruitment standard operating procedures based on changes in the market.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in this matter and implement with approval from top management.
Record, analyze, report and archive statistics generated in the division.
Statistical information to be generated for client billing purposes. Submission to various departments in timeous fashion.
Manage and communicate calendar and forecasting of peak times, upcoming training and all matters within the division.
Regular recorded meetings with management, subdivisions and junior staff. Reporting to top management of matters discussed.
Regular training, upskilling and development of junior staff.
Salary:
R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
