Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin
- Proven track record of working within a Bookkeeping role
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/ receivable principles
- Ability to multitask
- Above average proficiency in MS Office: MS Word, Excel
- Strong communication skill set
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Duties:
- Accurate record keeping of daytoday financial transactions and follow through on posting process
- Verification of transactions and of data relating to supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up to date manner
- Bank reconciliation
- Ability to bring the books to Trial balance stage
- Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts
- Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
