    Job Overview

    As a Commercial Asset Finance Specialist at Standard Bank Group, you will be responsible for implementing approved asset-based finance transactions to both new and existing customers for allocated portfolios within a province across segments and sectors. Your primary goal will be to achieve Commercial Asset Finance sales performance objectives, while maintaining post-sales relationships with customers and identifying further asset-based finance and retention opportunities in conjunction with Relationship Managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement approved asset-based finance transactions to both new and existing customers for allocated portfolios.
    • Maintain post-sales relationships with customers and identify further asset-based finance and retention opportunities.
    • Work closely with Relationship Managers to achieve sales performance objectives.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Commerce or related field.
    • 3-4 years of experience in Business Solutions, Business & Commercial Banking, and the vehicle and asset finance industry.
    • Proven experience in sales, service, and deal making, as well as managing dealer relationships.
    • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of the financial industry regulatory framework.
