What you will do in this role

Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs, ensuring our recruitment process remains on track and delivers against client and business requirements
Monitoring the headcount delivery to ensure we meet our recruitment needs

Your qualifications and experience

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

A matric certificate
A minimum of 612 months experience within the operational team as an Advisor or Recruitment Administrator
The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
A proven track record of delivering against highvolume productivity requirements
Drive and determination to meet exceeding targets
A level head and calm temperament when multitasking or under high pressure
A keen eye for detail through remaining procedure driven
