    Key Performance Areas

    1. Administrative Tasks: Assist the Retail Manager with all administrative duties, including but not limited to: filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
    2. Repair and Returns: Handle repairs and returns in a timely manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
    3. Returns Processing: Schedule, submit, and initiate customer returns according to standard procedures.
    4. Cash Handling: Assist with daily cash-ups and processing of the cash book, providing accurate reports to head office.
    5. Quality Improvements: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance services and prepare necessary paperwork.
    6. Customer Accounts: Manage and resolve customer account issues efficiently.
    7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff.

    Minimum Requirements

    1. Matriculation: Completion of Matric or equivalent qualification.
    2. Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
    3. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
    4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this position.
