Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving payment issues
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with online shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online shopping processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in an ecommerce customer service role
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and trends in the ecommerce industry
