Description

Position is based in Cosmo Business Park.

We are in need of an Account Assistant to provide support the finance department and to join the team.

Positions:
roles and responsibility and Education and Years Experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Bank statement postings.
Asset Register
Petty Cash Full function.
Reconcile creditors/debtors accounts.
Debt collection function.
Creditors queries.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
Excel spreadsheets (create, update)
Filing and archiving of financial documents.

Education & Experience:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.
General knowledge of basic accounting.
Strong Prioritizing Skills.
Planning & Organizing.
Attention to detail.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R10, R13,000.00 per month

Education:

High School (matric) (required).

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (required).

Basic accounting: 3 years (required).
IQ system: 1 year (preferred).
