Description
- Ensure effective debt collection with the aim of collecting the outstanding debt or balances
- Collecting and follow-up on outstanding accounts
- Attending to all allocated ex-representative accounts with debit or credit balances and perform the necessary actions to clear the balances
- Drafting of memorandums and recommendations for write-off of debt or handing over debtors to attorneys.
- Drafting of proposals to management to approve re-payment installment request from ex-representatives.
- Ensure that all statements are sent out timeously after month end closing
- Requesting of cash focus payments
- Issuing of journals , debit and credit notes to rectify accounts
- Drawing files for the auditors.
- Attend Ad hoc meetings
Requirements - Grade 12
- Finance qualification will added advantage
- 2 -3 Years' experience in Finance role.
- Basic accounting knowledge
