    Talent Acquisition Specialist: Recruitment and Selection

    We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Cloud and Digital practice, within Consulting Services.

    You will work with clients to define their vision and plan how to achieve it, leveraging technology to drive business growth and improvement.

    We deliver innovative solutions that enable organisations to compete, grow, and build lasting legacies of performance and improvement.

    In this role, you will help our clients align digital strategies with their business goals, create integrated end-to-end solutions, and use enterprise applications to solve complex problems.

    PwC is looking for a Business Product Owner with a technical background and 7+ years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation projects and programmes.

    Key qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Certifications such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

    Essential experience includes:

    • 8+ years of experience in product management or related fields
    • Proven track record of leading product development and managing product lifecycles
    • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
    • Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
    • Familiarity with market analysis and customer needs assessment

    Responsibilities include:

    • Defining and prioritising product features and requirements based on business objectives
    • Maintaining and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
    • Overseeing the development process, ensuring timely delivery of product features
    • Conducting market research and analysing competitor strategies to inform product direction
    • Facilitating sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
    • Ensuring product quality and performance through continuous improvement

    Necessary skills include:

    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address product challenges
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements
    • Agile and Scrum Mastery: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee product development
    • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
    • Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
    • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest product management trends and technologies

    This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in consulting, information technology, and design for business consulting and services.
