Area Manager Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead and direct store management teams in delivering sales, profit, and compliance targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business opportunities to drive market differentiation, sales, and profit growth through competitor analysis.

This role involves managing financial targets, internal processes, procedures, and compliance within the area, as well as identifying and implementing continuous business process improvements that enhance operational execution and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in retail operations management, with experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex financial metrics such as budgets and profit/loss statements.

A relevant degree or diploma in a field such as finance, retail, or pharmacy is highly desirable. Pharmacy experience is required for this role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate and persuade others.
