Our client is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Kempton Park, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee accounting activities and ensure that ledgers accurately reflect money coming in and out of the company. This is a very senior role within the company as you will be 2nd in charge.

Some Duties include:

• Providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the business plan and departmental budgets
• Maximizing cash flow performance of the business
• Enforcing & establishing adequate controls for all revenues and protection of assets to improve the level of service

Requirements:

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in Finance/ Accounting (completed)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the above duties (advantageous)
• SAP experience
• Opera Property Management System experience (essential)
• Property industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
