    Content Creator Role

    We're seeking a skilled content creator to join our team at Lumico. This individual will be responsible for crafting engaging content that stops thumbs mid-scroll, developing strategic content marketing plans, and publishing high-quality copy across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualise a clear content marketing strategy to meet key brand deliverables, and identify opportunities to strengthen connections with target audiences.
    • Develop clear concept pitches that can be presented to clients.
    • Implement content strategies according to brief and marketing goals.
    • Write high-quality copy for different formats, aligned with platform best practices.
    • Communicate clear briefs to relevant departments for content executions.
    • Provide support to other departments to ensure all deliverables on a project align to the approved messaging and tone.

    Requirements:

    • Creative genius and organisational wizardry.
    • Able to juggle deadlines, tea mugs, and random client requests without breaking a sweat.
    • Up-to-date on trends because you are the algorithm.
    • Team-player mindset but can crack on independently when needed.

    Learning and Development:

    • Stay abreast of content marketing trends and competitors to ensure business relevance.
    • Share insights with the rest of the Creative Team.
    • Complete relevant and agreed-upon training based on mutually identified areas of growth.
    • Demonstrate openness and willingness to learn on the job.

    This role has no direct reports and reports to the Head of Creative. Understand and adhere to all company Policies & Procedures. Perform any other reasonable task required by the company.
