The Merchants Acquisition Executive will

• Responsible for new merchants sign up and enhance relationships with existing merchants.
• Responsible for maximizing our merchant base by acquiring and acquiring new merchants
• Initiate business through regular market calls/visits. Create opportunities for acquiring new

customers from different potential sources

• Create and negotiate competitive deals with the merchants
• Verify all documentation received from merchant regarding their deal.
• Train merchants
• Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure that all the merchant's needs are

understood and addressed.

• Update the existing offers with the existing merchants.
• Act as a mediator between the merchant and the crossfunctional team to pertain to the

merchants' desires and respond to their concerns.

Experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or 3/4 years relevant industry experience
• Dynamic, outgoing & energetic individual.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Good analytical & research skills
• Excellent networking & followup skills
• Experience in Hospitality and related roles preferred
• Excellent timemanagement & Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Salary:
R18 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
