The company has the resources and expertise to help their customers achieve their water treatment goals.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting suitable business partners to expand the company's reach into new African markets or enhance its presence in existing markets.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Training and Enablement: Providing necessary training, resources, and support to empower channel partners to effectively sell and promote the company's products or services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of channel partners against predefined metrics and KPIs and providing guidance or support as needed to help partners meet their targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with channel partners to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinating marketing efforts with channel partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding, and providing support with marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Quotations: Generating quotations for channel partners and aiding them in the preparation of their own quotations and tenders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and its channel partners, or among different channel partners, to maintain healthy relationships and foster cooperation.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from channel partners on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that channel partners comply with contractual agreements, company policies, and relevant regulations, and addressing any compliance issues or concerns proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and optimizing the channel partner program to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Science related field.
  • At least 12 years water treatment experience.
  • Strong understanding of doing business in SSA.
  • Must be able to work independently.
