    Job Title: Financial Analyst

    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing month-end journals, managing Forex transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of intercompany transactions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare Month-End Journals: Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Forex Management: Monitor and manage foreign exchange transactions to minimize losses and maximize gains.
    • Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of balance sheet accounts by reconciling discrepancies.
    • Analysis of Income Statement: Identify trends and areas for improvement in income statement analysis.
    • Prepare Monthly Management Accounts: Provide timely and accurate financial information to support management decision-making.
    • Manage Stock Count: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and control.
    • Manage Creditors: Effectively manage trade creditors to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
    • Completed Articleship program.
    • 1-3 years of post-articles experience in finance or accounting.
