    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert (Cashier) to join our team at the Marriott International hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Service

    • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
    • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
    • Thank guests with genuine appreciation.

    Cash Handling

    • Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
    • Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, and resolve any discrepancies.

    Cashier Workstation

    • Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
    • Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.

    Teamwork

    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
    • Support team to reach common goals.

    Requirements

    Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience

    • No related work experience is required.

    Physical Abilities

    • Visual acuity.
