Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 10 years relevant industry HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist or business partner role or similar.
HR theoretical knowledge and understanding and interpretation of applicable legislation.
Business Acumen.
Able to build and maintain relationships.
