Description
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years relevant industry HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist or business partner role or similar.
- HR theoretical knowledge and understanding and interpretation of applicable legislation.
- Business Acumen.
- Able to build and maintain relationships.
- Conscientious and clientcentric.
- Detailorientated with good planning and organising skills.
- Analytical and resultsfocused.
- Professional and resilient.
