Imagine Signage is a Digital Signage company based in Somerset West that provides software and hardware solutions to multiple clients around the world.

We have supplied solutions to major national brands as well as other small to medium clients.

As a growing company, we are looking for someone who has the will to learn, is highly motivated, and is hungry to work (there is always room for growth in the company).

Duties will include:


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians when required.
  • Document all interactions with customers in a timely and accurate manner (Using CRM tool)
  • Stay current with updates and changes in technology products and services.
  • Modify, edit, and create common document formats (general forms)
  • Interact professionally with distraught or reactive customers.
  • Uploading content to clients' screens (may require basic editing skills)
  • Assist with development team with software testing.

Qualities we're looking for:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English + Additional language to your advantage).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with basic operating system configs (Windows, Android + Linux to your advantage)
  • Knowledge of hardware, and software platforms (versatile).
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of a CRM Tool is an added advantage.
  • Driver's License and own transport

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:


  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service (preferred).
  • Knowledge in IT Systems, OS's

Salary offer.

  • R10-R15,000 p/m (initial threemonth trial)
  • This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits after a trial period

Salary:
R10, R150,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Somerset West,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
