    Your Role

    Oversee the successful management of Studio accounts, including ideation and execution, reporting directly to the Senior Manager in Studio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients' creator marketing programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring strategic goals are met.
    • Creator Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier creators, aligning them with clients' brand values and campaign objectives.
    • Strategic Integration: Collaborate with affiliate publishers, content teams, and marketing channels to provide comprehensive coverage across the marketing funnel.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular reporting and analysis of creator partnerships, leveraging the impact.com platform for actionable insights.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage influencer campaign's annual, quarterly, and monthly creator budgets, providing projections and adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers and associates, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience managing influencer + affiliate marketing programs.
      • Significant knowledge of budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
      • Affiliate and campaign performance experience required.
      • Paid amplification experience (Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads) is a major plus.
      • Previous agency experience preferred.
      • Established relationships with creators and talent managers are a plus.
      • Knowledge of influencers (ideally within CPG, fashion, finance, wellness, fitness, etc.) and influencer rates.
    • Strong understanding of the creator marketing landscape, platforms, and industry trends, advising clients on best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proven track record of executing successful creator marketing strategies with a data-driven approach.
    • Knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
    • Significant communication, organization, and client relationship management skills.
    • Must have client-facing experience.
    • Strong people skills for maintaining professional relationships with influencers and talent managers.
    • Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of Google Suite.
    • Impact.com or affiliate platform experience highly desired.
