1.

Accountable for maximizing order intake, sales, and price realization at the assigned account, to reach sales targets and take a proactive approach to increasing sales.


  • 2. Manage and optimize order management processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
  • 3. Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at multiple levels in the accounts' organizations, but also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts.
  • 4. Help desk support for channels
  • 5. Collaborate as needed with other departments involved in the partner and customer management process, i.e., Finance, Marketing, IT and Operations. Work collaboratively with the team to build and maintain solid, trusted partner.
  • 6. Data analysis, explore the correlation of the marketing data and sales data, and understand the market trend.
  • 7. Weekly and monthly reports update
  • 8. Other duties as assigned.
