Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bookkeeper and accountant with daytoday tasks and capturing.
- Maintain accurate financial records using industrystandard software.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Certificate or experience
- Experience on Sage, Quickbooks, Xero or similar
- Customer service etiquette
- Must be able to work independently
- Proficient in Word, Excel and outlook
Job Types:
