KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To render a professional funeral arranging service, to meet client requirements in order to maximize the profit and turnover of the branch.
- Funeral Arranging Meeting - meet with the families of the deceased to discuss funeral arrangements and requests.
- Analyse monthly financial performance and determine any discrepancies
- Compare actual budget vs budgeted figures
- Determine whether action plans were sufficient
- Discuss variance with superior and revise action plans
- Ensure all debtors are authorised according to the companies credit policy
- Online purchasing system - sign off the purchase order / requisitions etc.
- Stock control - monthly stock taking must be done manual and reconciled with DovesNet stock level report
- Asset control - update asset register on a monthly basis
- Marketing
- New business policy sales
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Valid Driver's license
- Sales and Marketing experience
