    Enterprise Account Executive- South Africa

    Closing $250k in annual contract value is your primary objective. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by forging partnerships with medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in North, East, or Southern Africa.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop a sales territory through outbound sales campaigns aimed at securing business for Curacel.
    • Create a healthy pipeline of business opportunities to reflect the potential for Curacel in the region.
    • Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with targeted customers (insurers or brokers).
    • Collaborate with leadership to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact within your region to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales process and provide timely reports on deal statuses.
    • Channel market feedback to enhance our product offering and market position.

    About You:

    • You are highly disciplined and self-motivated, capable of executing well in a fast-paced environment.
    • You understand the sales process and the need for timely updates.
    • You are a goal-getter with creative thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach.
    • You are an agile learner with a competitive spirit.
    • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.
    • You possess a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience selling to FSI's/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
    • You have knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc.
    • You have excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

    Bonus Points:

    • You have SaaS experience.
    • You have an existing network and experience selling to the insurance industry.
    • You have proficiency in Arabic, French, Swahili.
