Roles Available:

Senior / Career Advisor:


  • Earns R 80, commission per month of which is
% recurring commissions (policies and investments already on the books)
% new business commissions (new clients)

Junior / Vested Adviser:


  • Earns R 50, commission per month of which is
% recurring commissions
% new business commissions (new clients)

Junior / Partially Vested Adviser:

  • RE qualified
  • Earns R 30, commission per month of which is
% recurring commissions
% new business commissions (new clients)


Responsibilities:


  • Source and meet potential clients to analyze their financial needs.
  • Design personalized strategies and recommend solutions to help clients meet their financial objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis and respond to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
  • Provide expert financial advice, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
  • Offer investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
  • Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective planning and identify necessary updates.

Requirements:


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications preferred.

2+ years of industry experience in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.

  • Customercentric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business.
