    Description

    Our company, Datacentrix, is seeking a Procurement Admin Manager for a short-term contract. This role requires managing the departments and all related functions, including staff management of approximately 19 personnel and three supervisors.

    We prioritize constant output measurement and risk reduction through effective vendor and supplier coordination via performance management.

    SHEQ compliance is aligned to ISO standards (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2017).

    The successful candidate will be responsible for order and invoicing management, document control, performance management, and high-level reporting.

    This position also involves implementing and maintaining management controls with a focus on resource optimization and process efficiency.

    In addition, the Procurement Admin Manager will coordinate projects related to procurement and administration departments and manage item code administration.

    The ideal candidate should possess certain certifications and experience:

    • Matric/Grade 12 qualification
    • Certificate/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Procurement, document management, and administration skills
    • EXCO and Holdings reporting and presentations
    • Management of multiple departments and functions
    • Item Code Administration
    • SHEQ experience, specifically with ISO standards
    • Ability to identify and provide internal training

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and manage risks, objectives, and action plans for overall management areas and individual departments
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal logistics regulations
    • Manage corrective, preventative, and disciplinary actions for non-conformances
    • Coordinate vendor and contractor management for entire management areas
    • Maintain and assess policies and processes, implementing enhancements as needed
    • Provide EXCO, management, operational, statistical, and analytical reporting for total management areas
    • Operate full management areas, including departmental functions
    • Manage employee engagement and skills development for entire management areas
