In-Room Dining Co-ordinator Job Summary

As an In-Room Dining Co-ordinator at The Pepperclub Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the In-Room Dining department. You will be responsible for supervising a team of In-Room Dining staff and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly manage guest requests and orders with courtesy, efficiency, and promptness.
Familiarize yourself with the menu and accurately capture guest orders.
Provide guidance, support, and training to the In-Room Dining team to maintain high performance levels.
Schedule tasks for team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and foster a positive working environment.
Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or complaints promptly.
Process In-Room Dining orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of In-Room Dining orders, expenses, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
