Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Agent to join our team in Randburg.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Makes calls to customers from a set list for market research purposes.
Ensures all calls are conducted in a professional and friendly manner, meeting quality standards.
Reaches daily targets for productivity, quality, and data collection.
Completes a minimum number of outbound calls per day as required by the project.
Asks questions posed by the interview system and adheres to its structure.
Updates the system with customer responses.
Complies with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Previous call centre experience is advantageous.
Able to listen attentively and capture complaints, compliments, and comments accurately.
Familiar with correct telephone etiquette.
Maintains high levels of integrity and attention to detail.
Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.
Good organisational and people skills.
Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Estimated Salary:

R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
