Looking for a Psychometrist with more than 3 years experience based in Cape Town.Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology
- Registration as Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist
- HPCSA registration as an independent practising psychometrist is a
MUST - Experience in integrating psychometric and behavioural observations into competency based reports is a
MUST: - Cognitive Process Profile (CPP)
- Accredited with JVR for The Hogan Suite and EQ-I
- Integrity Assessments (Wrisc and IP200)
- Trained in Psytech assessments
- SHL Assessments (OPQ and Verify g accredited)
- Assessment Centres (Role-Plays, Simulation Exercises etc)
- Experience in administering Bioss assessments
- LPCAT
- GIA
Abilities:
- MS Office
- Strong report writing skills
- Well organised
- Ability to work with others
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
- Good time management
- Ability to critically evaluate information
- Selfreliant
- Work of your own initiative
