Well established company based in Somerset West, has a vacancy for a strong administrator to provide support to the operations and logistics department

Requirements:


  • Must be passionate about administration
  • Must enjoy working in a busy operations environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work fast and accurately

Responsibilities:


  • Document processing and record keeping of all customer orders from receipt to final installation
  • Record keeping of back orders
  • Picking Slips; Delivery Notes; Installation Warranty document and cleaning manual.
  • Issuing Purchase Requisitions
