Graphic Designer

CIOVITA is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create designs for custom cycling apparel using our software. The ideal candidate will take direction from client briefs, apply creative ideas to our custom apparel range, manage print tests with the print room, and perform quality checks to ensure customer and production needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Create cycling apparel designs according to customer briefs.
Maintain effective communication to ensure design approval.
Manage workflow to meet deadlines.
Conduct print tests to verify color accuracy.
Redraw logos as required.
Prepare artwork for print adhering to printer specifications.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
A methodical approach to work with attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow design instructions according to client briefs.
Capacity for creative thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Keen interest in AI and advanced design tools and methods.

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design position.
