Description

As a Sales Associate/Student Advisor, you will take ownership of nurturing & closing enquiries in your target region.

You will be responsible for growing student intakes over previous periods, not only through sales development, but by providing support and assistance in sales & marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Contributing to the development of sales & marketing strategies/plans.
Conducting research on our brand, customers, competitors and the overall market.
Working closely with the wider commercial team on various tasks and projects.
Responding to enquiries about programme specifications.
Ensuring agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the region are achieved.
Tracking sales data to ensure the regions targets are achieved.
Seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and content creation ideas.
Creating effective conversion activities such as webinars, blogs, podcasts etc.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations or webinars on Setanta's products.
Ensuring websites and pages are up to date and offering a consistent message.
Liaising with colleagues in the region to ensure smooth student recruitment and increased sales.
Participate on behalf of Setanta at exhibitions and conferences.

Ability to memorise and use in depth product knowledge

Commercially focussed, capable of delivering results in a cost effective manner
Entrepreneurial and innovative with a delivery focus
Strong organisational and planning skills
Capable of building working relationships and networks with people from a range backgrounds and cultures
Skilled negotiator
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
Undergraduate degree preferred
An understanding of CRM systems would be advantageous
Flexible with working hours
