Job Description for SOP Officer

Medipost Pharmacy seeks a professional self-driven individual to join their exciting QA Department as an SOP Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling Medipost Holdings Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals, ensuring timely reviews of all company SOPs and completion of final versions within specified timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

SOP Compilation and Review
- Compile new, ad-hoc, annual revision, and update of all Medipost Group departmental SOPs, SOP training manuals, and other relevant documents.
- Participate in SOP reviews, providing constructive input on all procedures in Medipost Group or by verifying steps in the department, to compile Standard Operating Procedures within specified timelines.
Administration, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
- Submit updated copies for comment to relevant parties and QA manager, ensuring that relevant SOP training manuals are updated within timelines.
- Provide continuous feedback to QA manager regarding progress on SOP compilation, feedback, and challenges where applicable.
- Conduct monthly process audits on Support Departments, observing and reporting on findings from HR, Risk Prevention, Payroll, ER.
SOP Index Maintenance
- Update and maintain Group SOP indexes daily and after annual revisions.
- Custodian of hard copy and electronic filing, furnishing SOP-related documentation to authorized requesters.
Competencies and Projects

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Administration or Office Management/Equivalent Qualification
Extensive Excel and PowerPoint knowledge in MS Office
Ideal: Experience within Medipost pharmacy and Medipost App; excellent understanding of Medipost Groups processes and service level agreements.
